Introduction

Our business began in the summer of 2020 between UK lockdowns and at a time when individuals and businesses were thinking about change and new ways of working. Our motto ”Everything Will Change” felt very appropriate for the time but it has endured over the years and become part of the philosophy of our small but powerful service.


Our owner Rob Robertson has a wealth of business experience having been an owner and director of a number of companies working in areas including:


· Residential Block Management

· Legal

· Company Secretarial

· Lease Valuation

· Sales & Lettings

· Surveying

· Cleaning & Maintenance


His operational business experience includes startups, management buyouts, whole business acquisitions, portfolio purchases and the sometimes tricky planning for and final exiting from a business.


Our organisation is focused on delivering high quality deep impact support services to clients who are looking to make a change to the way things are operating or looking to explore new opportunities.


Over the last five years we have worked with a wide variety of businesses across the residential block management sector with clients ranging from solicitor firms to maintenance contractors and insurance consultants to out of hours service providers.


We have been able to deliver short term projects and long term business support using our no nonsense approach and tackling challenges from the front philosophy.

We have been successful in supporting a number of businesses in their efforts to grow their client contacts and develop their existing customer base. Often business owners find themselves in a situation of not being able to spend enough time with their customers. Positive customer interaction and development can help generate new income revenues and strengthen existing relationships.    Often businesses are so caught up in the “getting things done” requirements that they lose the ability to review their internal structure and decision making processes. This can be particularly true of businesses that have seen a period of rapid growth and expansion.  From time to time it is important that businesses should review the market they are operating in. It helps understand where they stand in the sector with regard to services offered and costs. We are able to set project parameters and provide overviews on behalf of clients who find they do not have the time.

 Businesses may attend conferences and networking events independently or as sponsors. Quite often they make significant financial investments to do this. We are able to support businesses to maximise their return from these events. We can train and prepare individuals and teams ahead of events and then support them on the ground, often by attending and working alongside on the day(s). 

We are able to:

  • Attend events to support business interaction. 
  • Attend events on behalf of customers and operate stands.

Management Training


Training and development support is deep in the DNA of our consultancy. Rob started training property managers, for his own firm, over 20 years ago, long before there was any formal opportunities for enthusiastic new property managers joining the sector. This was done partly because there was a lack of competent property managers in the sector and partly because he wanted to empower individuals to succeed and grow with his business.

Today training courses and opportunities to learn are all around us. Specific courses, updates (on and off line) and conferences are happening all through the calendar year.

Our training is different, as it focuses on the often forgotten skills, tricks and tips that can make a huge difference in people’s ability to successfully communicate with and manage individuals, teams, departments and customers (lovely and difficult ones alike).

Often businesses can be too busy to spend time on this type of training and mentoring in house. Quite often staff are sent of to complete courses on management and leadership which offer some assistance and insight, but do not consider the operation of the type of business environment they are working in on a day to day basis.

We offer programs and packages which look directly at the needs of the business and the individuals we are working with. 

We can offer a range of packages from one off training days in specific management techniques to 12 month (one day per month) programs which are built into the fabric of the business and can be taken forward using internal resources.

  •      How to communicate efficiently and effectively.
  •      How to get the best out of an interview opportunity.

  •      One day leadership training for those managing people for the first time
  •      One day training for staff dealing with difficult customers    
  •      Quarterly training for sales staff on how to improve customer interaction.
  •      Training on communication with groups attending networking events.
  •      Building and delivering one year leadership and management courses for           junior managers
